Home to the annual Sorghum Festival every October 1st, Meeks Park showcases traditional sorghum syrup processing while serving as a year-round destination with playgrounds, splash park, pools, and 5-6 miles of walking trails.

Union County Community Center
A public golf course with affordable $600 annual memberships and scenic mountain views. The facility also houses the Development Authority, Chamber of Commerce, The View Grill restaurant, and event spaces for weddings and conferences.
